Therapeutic growth and change requires providing a safe and collaborative space. I believe that in order to make important strides forward, we should have a strong therapeutic alliance. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, relational issues, and eating disorders. Having worked in the treatment of co-occurring disorders for nearly 10 years, I am no stranger to helping those recover from multiple mental health issues at once.
With a heart of compassion and understanding, I believe it's important to have a loving yet direct approach to giving guidance and feedback. I use an integrative approach to help my clients reach their treatment goals and overcome issues. It is my passion to help individuals foster a new and loving relationship with themselves through building self-esteem, exploring relationship dynamics, and reframing negative thoughts.

My journey started with navigating my own mental health and substance abuse recovery. Experiences in this process created motivation to help others through their own healing process. Working in the mental health field for over 7 years has brought a vast array of experiences to my work. I have worked with various mental health disorders, compulsive addictions, trauma, and attachment issues.
There are also multiple modalities that I pull from such as CBT, DBT, Brainspotting, psychodynamic, IFS, and many others. However, my main focus in the room is on the therapeutic relationship. I believe that this represents various relationships we experience everyday outside of the therapy room. Improving our ability to relate can improve the symptoms we seek to heal. Through developing coping skills, processing trauma, and improving our relationship dynamics we can begin to experience freedom. I look forward to working on these issues together.
